Florida has a long history of financing scams, famous to the point the secondary market cut the state off from any originations, it was that bad.I suggest you stick closer to known lenders with histories of closing loans.

Cash investors are closer to 12-18% unless they refinance out of it.Email or call me sometime we can chat, if you are doing owner finance then that would be the only reason to go for this deal.

However, remember that thought must be given to the amount of remaining fees (closer related) and repair (and related) cost before determining that the deal is valid or not.I hope this helps. 

Grass was cut every week by Tenant very low and house/yard always well maintained and weeded.

The Baby Boomer generation; as their retirement comes closer and closer, many fear that the real estate market might hit a bit of a snag.
