I am doing renos as a contractor and I own a furniture delivery business and I have been wanting to get into real-estate for a wile but I did not know how to get started, is there any one on here that dose any type of real-estate in Lethbridge Alberta?

As I understand it, virtually every 9" X 9" sized tile contains asbestos.

But he did leave a LOT of neat gardening tools, a battery charger, gas lawn mower, outdoor patio furniture, 5yr old propane BBQ so our new tenants were real happy.

Best part of it, I was able to sell all the furniture after the house sold and made back most of the money whereas, if I'd hired a stager, that would have just come out of my bottom line.
