I'm just starting out and am trying to understand what to say to homeowners and how to direct the flow of conversation confidently.

The articles and forums here gave me the confidence to start buying properties, and it's been a great experience, with some good deals, a few mistakes, consistent cash flow, and plenty of interesting stories.It's a lot of effort to complete each deal, even the small ones.  

I'm confident your city would be substantially higher.

Some may think  of it as self esteem or confidence, psychology of salesmanship demands it, can't be a real introvert and convince others of something.So, what motivates the guru?

I am confident in my abilities if I can find good deals.

I have a few strategies with marketing, and I'm confident in my ability to get out there and find the deals, and to find investors who would be glad to work with me, even if I split 50/50 with another wholesaler.

Someone recommended I check out BP and I'm glad I did.My wife and I have 9 kids, 5 we brought into the world and the other 4 are a sibling group from foster care.
