Hi Everyone, I am a new listener from Dallas, TX, and I am joining the forum to learn more about real estate investing, property management, and real estate technology. 

(I'll likely post this question in the main forums before too long as well, but if you happen to have an opinion, I'd love to hear it).It's very helpful to hear that SFRs might make the most sense.

The one downside is airing those issues on that forum leaves us all privy to the culprits also seeing whatever is posted.
