I think a cook top in a island where people sit is a big mistake.

I dont know the current market but a lot of area is land locked so long term should push up.

The use of islands or peninsulas with breakfast bars instead of kitchen tables help a small kitchen feel larger while maximizing storage without sacrificing seating.

We purchased this year a 4 bedroom rental  property in Narragansett and used Rhode Island joint Reinsurance Association as insurance company.

Same dilemma as Staten Island, NY...my opinion on this, based on time investor has on their hands and personal goals.

I am local in the Bradenton/Sarasota area, and while Sarasota recently cracked down on STR restrictions, Bradenton does not have any restrictions so the beach area near Bradenton and Anna Maria Island is a great location as well.
