Of course we have no 2015 tax returns for our investment,  and in 2014 all we did was get tax write offs from our first 2 duplexes.We also don't know which bank will be more apt to approve us and which bank will move with more speed??

You can definitely speed up your RE holding with an LOC2) If you're close to 10/20 (if you're married and planning to use those) FNMA financing spots being used I will not recommend properties that are valued below 90-100k ARV.
