After all, they argue, who needs to know that a former property manager systemically overcharged us all more than $224,000, a fact the board never mentioned until I posted details on the website? 

So, I decided that I’m going to rent out an extra bedroom I have in my house.

It makes me go crazy because I want to offer excellent service, but then having to outsource and worse, wait an extra day or more because the guy I called is booked.Has anyone else gone through similar feels?

We do not have details as the landlord just dropped this on us, but if you are interested we can certainly have a conversation.Thanks. 

Then details were missing so I didn't sign off on it until 2 weeks after I initially wanted to. 

(It also has an option to re-amortize for a lower payment if I pay down extra principle, which is a nice option.) 

Thanks for the Info, for me unfortationally  all my properties are located in the largest county Jefferson County and they love to put out of state big investor companies so they can put the extra money in their account and if you get behind on the propert taxes 1 year they require that you pay the overbid interest amount AND THE NEXT PROPERTY TAX BILL TO REDEEM,That's a big hard ship on the common resident to come up with 2 years of property taxes and Over Bid plus 12% interest dailyBlessings to All
