Hoping that this is a one-off (not a lot of hope - leopard, spots and all that), but know that it will be much easier to handle once we are in town.As of now, I am writing a late rent notice to deliver by certified mail with proof of delivery so we have a paper trail if we get down to a need to evict.

We need a head count so we can reserve the conference room for everyone, we both can be reached via PM here or Email.
