Given point #2, should i offer discount on the balance and get paid reasonable amount? 

We are currently managing the property ourselves, and we would like to upgrade the bathrooms in the future.

The only houses lasting that long around here have something wrong and should be discounted anyway. 

I'm looking to get in contact with a contracter for a job here in Indianapolis who specializes in roofing, dry wall, flooring, and kitchen/bathroom renovations.

I am fairly handy and handle the majority of updates in my primary residence, but I haven't taken on any large jobs like rehabbing an entire kitchen or bathroom.

We have remodeled 2 bathrooms, master bed, adding another bath, relocating laundry, and soon will start the kitchen.
