Local GC Needed for Primary Residence and Rehab Project

Hey everyone! I'm looking to get in contact with a contracter for a job here in Indianapolis who specializes in roofing, dry wall, flooring, and kitchen/bathroom renovations. My mobile home seems to have a leak in the roof and the guest bathroom might have mold behind the walls. We want to know how much it would be to fix these problems and hopefully get it done soon. 

We also have a proposal for those interested. My brother and I are looking into financing our first potential rental property; a rundown 1920 duplex through a FHA 203k loan, though we are stuck figuring out renovation costs. If the numbers work, we would like to add you into this project. At the moment we are also looking for a real estate agent to add to our team.
