Since these lenders are very asset focused - and with so much equity in the deal - they could push for foreclosure just because there is a junior lien.

To me the cost of note servicing seems cheap compared to missing out on even one good deal per year.

We are only dealing with 8 checking accounts related to my buildings.

It worked for me in the past getting started 2016-2018 but I have not seen any deals (at least in FL) I would take the risk in terms of money and time.Best of luck!
