There are certainly other autonomous driving and machine / deep learning based companies all over Pittsburgh so I think it will still be a force in the city in the future. 

Even an economic recession at the macro level may only lead to a slow down/plateau in this market, vs. a dip in values/rents.

Or try and emulate websites that you know convert, there have been a lot of podcast guests that have websites they use to get leads.Sometimes if your website is too slow it will cause people to bounce as well, that's another thing to check. 

My guess is that LOTS of people on this site look to real estate as a pathway to freedom from jobs they hate, and it CAN BE, but it's almost universally a slow game. 5 years later I still work a day job but I learned that for me it was better to just find a job I liked better and keep learning real estate on the side.
