It can be subdivided to add another 1-2 new construction homes on it, per the county planning department, but I still want to research this to understand it more clearly.The owner said he wants to be "free of this headache," but I'm not quite sure it's a bad enough migraine for him at this time.

@Michael Junior look up the property in your county tax records or with department that provides property information, see if the property is still owned by a person or if it is owned by a bank.

Hello BP users,I recently did an update in my multifamily apartments with the building department permit, and on the process they told my contractor that I needed a maintenance person to be registered with them in order to avoid any penalties.

Water is included but that is about all.I spoke with the zoning department today about selling the homes to the tenants.

If ZBA should approve it then you speak with street department about curb cuts and such.

Since he has a family and relocating is involved, there is flexibility in when and how they can depart, timing of when I take ownership, and them actually departing, etc.
