If you go about it in the wrong manner, you could find yourself on the wrong end of either criminal charges or a nice civil case against you.

It is different if the activity results in loud offensive noise or damage to your property, but that does not appear to be the case.

I have no criminal background,excellent credit and a good job so i don't think ill have a problem with the application.

You appear to have taken a personal offense to some of the responses here which is typical of those who promote educational programs and get paid for it.

No offense taken, it's just that the comparison of our Program and AMIG's offering is not on an "apples-to-apples" basis---which is completely fine. 

I have gotten a lot of people with criminal records, bankruptcy's etc.  

Need some guidance...No offense but this is crazy stupid.. no one charges 1 point up front just for a commitment fee ..
