I am in Mission Viejo and can meet at a Starbucks.I am looking for my next purchase at the court house steps, while I am working on a few more.

My family and I will be moving across the country so please help me by providing what I should look for in a property management company and also what I should look out for so that I do not get taken advantage of!

@Frank HouptI start with picking an area of the country I think I would like to visit and I have direct access to either by an "easy" drive or direct flight.
