I do notice what appear to be some roots coming out of the opening on the right side

Hello All, I gave a tenant their 30 day notice 40 days ahead of time, the lease is set to expire on the 15th of March.

Send a written notice to cancel the remaining contract / scope of work and request a refund for the line items not accomplished.

It’s common knowledge that pricing has moved upward (and from what I read here, investor expectations don’t seem to be on par with that but that’s another story).

Also a lot of money in the common areas, lounges and lobby.

Later that morning I sent out the Notice of Hearing and the fine for it not being removed by Friday at 5:00 PM, along with the notation that this would be a daily fine until it was removed.
