Here's the situation:Rental #1 value = ~$122k (according to zillow estimate)mortgage balance = $63kincome = $1050Roth IRA balance = $16kCurrent cash balance and debt to income ratio are likely a no-go to just get another mortgage.Our goal is to generate more passive income.  

Explain when your goals are and have them walk you through what it would look like and what's needed to get there and what the finances would look like. 

My urgent isn't exactly my contractors urgent, but asap is the goal.

Beware with dealing with this person..He is a thief...goes by various names John, Jack, Osh, Cavalari Common..etc..takes your money and then uses it for other purposes..I have a case opened on him at the Nevada State Contractors Board.

I view this as being a conservative goal.  

I guess an earlier start is a common regret, I'm in the same boat.

A lot of great insight already, the big thing is just connecting with a bunch of groups, and asking a lot of questions particular to your own personal goals.

I have a renewed spirit of drive and achievement of goals.

Sorry if the post was misleading, but the goal of this post was just to see if there was anyone on the BP community willing to help me in the area before I go to see a REA in person or in the area of Newark.
