I have not purchased a property since December of 2011 and I am finally closing on a 3 bd 1 ba SFH on Tuesday, September 6th. I am officially back in growth mode. I have a renewed spirit of drive and achievement of goals. This will be the first of many purchases I will be making over the next several years. Only time will tell but my motivation is back. If you are sitting on the side after starting out and then stopping maybe it's time for you to do the same. What's holding you back?
