I have committed myself to reading, listening, and most of all, becoming an active participant within a community to learn as much as I can about becoming a Real Estate Investor.

I still have much planning to do b4 i fully commit to both but it's definitely an brain boggler lol

That is a volume type business.Training an agent up takes time and commitment from a brokerage.

I am a recent college grad with no experience in real estate but I am committed to learning and growing as an agent and investor.

As well as someone who had committed serious crimes. 

Which is why I've made a commitment to myself that any time within the next 3 years, I will own a piece of real estate.There's two things I have always been: a risk taker, and a big dreamer.

I know I know I'm sure I'm breaking some rule but I felt I needed to reintroduce myself here as a way of holding myself accountable that this time I am FULLY committed to becoming a real estate entrepreneur!

I'd actually suggest that you speak to several to get a sense of what they bring to the table for first time buyers/investors before committing to working with anyone (assuming you're even going to go the "using an agent" route). 

So finding someone who is committed to serving you is key.

There needs to be a real commitment to being in that business today.
