If it's $2,000 a month with everything included, charge them $4,000 a month which is only $17 per night per person, much cheaper than $100 a night at a hotel.I also charge at least one month rent as a deposit, and I charge an additional fee for a mandatory, professional cleaning service after they are out.

Look into getting health insurance (not cheap) but there are some ways to get it cheaper or at 24 I think you may still be able to be on a parents plan for another year or two.
