I have been actively acquiring Notes since that time.I like the the passive nature, the safety and the cash flow that I receive from Performing Mortgage Notes.

The balance needs to be paid in full (via money order or certified funds) on before October 30, 2015....5pm.

Presuming the last of the owners to die died intestate (no will) the preferred heirs to pursue would be offsprings as natural heirs under the laws of consanguinity for CO state. 

I also found that the certified letter wasn't delivered until yesterday so that puts me even more behind. 

Also, stated that repairs that are continuous in nature will cause automatic eviction.  

Are mortgage rates for investment properties higher by nature or am I needing to shop around?

The plan that would best fit my conservative nature for my first deal is something along these lines...

My plan was to grow naturally and use as little debt as possible and if I didn't meet my "mark" of success I was going to get with another company and get paid to learn from them.
