Hi, my name is Tara Kinney.I live and work in the quad cities area as a professional in the medical industry.  

I am very New to the Industry and Need Help with words and terms used in Industry. 

It's not hard to do.In the lease you can add in a clause about noise, smoking (including cannabis). 

I am new to the industry (Jan 2022) but have found a niche in the investment space.

Industries are picking up more liberal arts degrees, music, history, political science and they are teaching the company way as to financial products.

I'm a property insurance adjuster by trade with a background in construction (mostly framing, but have experience with flooring, windows, drywall, trim, tile, electrical, plumbing, etc.).My father, who has been in the construction industry for 40 years and owns his own company, and I recently completed and sold our first flip. 

This industry is good fun.

there are hassles in any industry you go into; there's hassles in SFH & Condo; as a matter of fact, there's hassles in life in general...marriage is one of them.but do the pros exceed the cons?
