Hi, my name is Tara Kinney.

I live and work in the quad cities area as a professional in the medical industry.  I began investing in real estate about 5 years ago simply by putting renters in my old home instead of selling.  I quickly saw the potential and 2 years ago bought my first rehab and rent property.

At this point I own two single family homes which I am looking to sell in order to cash out on the equity and start getting into multi-family homes.  I will have $40-$60K in equity when these homes sell so will be looking at one larger property or two or three smaller properties.

I found that the rehabbing projects aren't for me unless the price really justifies the return... I'd rather get right into multi-family units that are already being rented out...so anyone looking to upgrade into larger projects and wanting to sell their cheaper units, please contact me.  I'm looking at doing a 1031 exchange if that makes any difference to you.  Loan financing should not be a problem as I have a stellar credit rating, stable career and very low income to debt ratio.

Looking forward to meeting and networking with all you savvy investors in the Quad City Area. :)
