This is getting ridiculous that everyone is being held hostage by these standards that don't take into account how it affects everyone involved.

I have read many books and posts on the subject and I am looking for others that would be willing to share their accumulated knowledge on how to find deals and money to fund those deals.

From my (extensive) research and long list of books on the topic I anticipate many problems which will just have to be addressed as they come up.

But they have all standard reports that are easy to understand and interface is user friendly.Hope this helps. 

I started doing research and reading the BP books and decided action needed to be taken.

I was in a similiar position not too long ago and kind of was in a rush with the excitement to get out here and start investing but after consulting the forum members decided to continue to build my cash while furthering my education through podcasts, books etc.

As a result many of your larger banks agreed to take a standard lump sum as allowed by Fannie/Freddie... most other banks followed suit.

I spent countless hours watching their webinars, reading their books/forums and mastering their calculator tools.

Wholesalers without a good process and good book of contacts are just about worthless to investors.

I’ve read tons of books and have finally got my foot in the door.
