I found that when you look like a simple homeowner, you can really pull in more leads.Begin by writing a sexy headline. " 3br/2 bath. need to sell quickly" Or something on those lines.Next in the body, give some details, 2 or 3 pics, but do not give the address.

Builders went crazy during the boom, driving up inventory because demand was high, thanks largely (IMHO) due to loose lending due to (again, IMHO) demand for the very CDOs and CMOs that ended up sinking the banks.
