Hi everyone, I came across bigger pockets a couple months ago, and finally joining the forums in hopes of connecting with people working in all aspects of real estate.

This house checks out on all aspects but I’m having trouble with one area.

Which aspects of the above do you feel most important at present?

That seems to be one aspect of the flipping phenomenon that no one ever seems to talk about.

I have been spending a lot of time with Refinance aspect.

The typical hold up with closing timelines comes from the financing aspect, not the inspection. 

The only 50/50 aspect was with the sale of the property, that would be split 50/50.

If you need any help with that aspect of it please just let me know.

A bigger issue you'll need to deal with is the related party aspect of the transaction. 

So I've been listening to several Bigger Pockets podcast on the BRRRR strategy and I think I understand for the most part, except for one aspect I'm still having trouble wrapping my head around.
