Hi everyone, I came across bigger pockets a couple months ago, and finally joining the forums in hopes of connecting with people working in all aspects of real estate.

Right now, I’m focusing on small multi family units

I owned a single family rental in my twenties, and have lease optioned a commercial building and primary residence, although I would consider myself a newbie!
