Everything anyone needs to know is readily available and with enough cash most road blocks to success are eliminated.Short cuts and get rich quick schemes are best left to the dreamers.

How do I get around these road blocks and talk to somone who makes deals for bank owned properties.  

The 1BR woman is a pain in the ***, and I want her rent up, and her out of the garage.

Coincidentally, I actually was in the area today showing condos in the Miraleste Pines development; I was surprised to see several 2 bedroom units on the market ($354k to $389k) in a development that is literally a half block from Palos Verdes. 

However, when you start getting involved - it is really painful and frustrating.Let me give you an example.  

An 8 family complex came up for sale just blocks from my house.

Those old tiles are well made and a pain to remove.

Evictions are a huge pain and are a waste of your valuable time, however they are pretty easy to do, there may be a good landlords group in your area that can help you with this. 

I know it's a pain.
