I'd suggest getting on www.padmapper.com and seeing if you can find pictures of similar rentals within a few blocks.

Hi MathewMy initial start (>40 yrs ago) was to spend time with a motivated RE agent with a & proven track record & a successful but unassuming private lender.The RE agent was an elderly neighbor who took me aside after he discovered I was the young kid cleaning the sidewalks & mowing a vacant lot (snakes were a problem) etc on our block.
