What kind of scopes on the projects...volumes, etc.?

This includes courses such as real estate entrepreneurship, real estate valuation and market analysis, real estate investment analysis and etc.

He is versed in tax credits and project management- possibly property management. 

Just know that all of the services that are utilized during the entire process from deal analysis, to inspection, to acquisition, to make-ready or renovation to the placement of the tenant, to appraisal and the property management going forward and many, many other steps in between all of those, is being done at a premium for the end-user or investor. 

I have kind put myself in an analysis paralysis situation.

Hopefully your bank lets you pull 70% to 80% LTV so you can most of your capital out of the project in order to repeat the process.  

I heard on a podcast a while back about having contractors come by at the same time to have them quote on a renovation project.

That 220 million dollar project by Tyson Foods could have been about 10 miles from my house.
