Therefore I justified charging 15 to as high as 30% commissions ... and or flat fee commissions....

It might be acceptable to surrender some long-term equity for stronger returns, the same way you might buy a flat stock because the dividend is spectacular.

After a pretty extensive search, we found that most prop mgrs aren't willing to manage in that area just yet, or if they are will charge you an arm & leg (and possibly a flat fee).
