Chicago, IL - New Member & First Time Buyer

Hi Everyone!

I just joined Bigger Pockets a few months ago, watched a few podcasts / read a few articles here and there.  I'm getting closer to purchasing my first ever property, and I want to make it an income property (2-4 flat). I've got a lot of ideas of where I want to buy, but would love to talk with anyone who has more experience buying/selling/renting in Chicago. I'm also really interested in meeting realtors, contractors, and anyone else that will help guide me to making the best decision possible. Thanks for taking the time to read this, and I look forward to making new friends!

Best Regards,

Erik
