The reason is because it can be considered here say and the judge would have a hard time discerning who is telling the truth rather than looking at a hard physical document in writing.When a judge asks if you signed something make sure to be accurate with the answer.

I would just leave tenants in the home until I pay off enough of the loan to sell it, but the tenants are complaining and at some point here I won't even be able to have renters, and the home is only going to decrease in value as it falls apart.The $60,000 quote came from a market analysis the property manager had done on the home, and it is right in there with every AP like zillow etc (I know they aren't typically accurate, but the market analysis should be).

Now you'll have a baseline for 1, 2, 3 years from now to see where prices go and be able to make an educated guess as to where they will be going in 4, 5, 6 years.With the info you have gathered now, I would recommend looking at the past few years. 2012, '13, '14, '15, '16 sales in those areas and identifying where the prices have come from to where they are now.

A good TK provider should be showing maintenance and vacancy numbers well under 10% - these numbers reflect the quality of the location, rehab work, tenant selection, and general management, so you should be inquiring about the actual figures to ensure you can accurately gauge the quality of the provider.You should also incorporate numbers for insurance and taxes, as well as your mortgage payments, of course.
