Glad you're jumping into the industry and investing game early that's a big advantage already.

This will probably take some time but I figure I can start to learn the game as a relator, make connections, etc.

If the vehicles not removed, then they'll pick it up.If the vehicle is operational, properly registered, and belongs to you neighbor two doors down, the cops aren't going to play that game. 

It’s definitely a numbers game as others have said, but if it is on the condemned list that can be tough to reverse sometimes.
