You can get a 4 pack of flea bomb cans at your local store if you see an issue or hire someone professionally and deduct it from their deposit if there are fleas.

I just buy $10 doorknob/deadbolt lock and key set from a local store and install them myself.

It ended up being cheaper than the custom window to fit our size and the materials were all at local store.

My husband also says he's not sure that anyone's going to want to live next to to a lot being rented out to store vehicles either....unless we build a huge wall (right now it's just a construction fence).
