@Andy Wu Welcome to Bigger Pockets.As @Scott Trench suggested, there are things you can do now to make progress on your goals even without a lot of cash laying around.

@Bryan Hancock I disagree on a couple points.We worked with the Securities Commission in the creation of the laws and they are doing a very good job of balancing progress with public interest.
