Since each Buyer is different with different needs, it is possible to have 2 similar offers that are presented, but 1 will win out because the elements in the offer, which are specific to the Buyer.

Just seems dangerous with fair housing laws, as really all I can tell from your photo is what race you are.The only time I'd consider a family vs non-family is if the other offer was similar but from some out of state investor group or something, and even then it would be the weight of a single hair on those balance scales.

And, YES, I know I probably got myself into this situation and I've certainly picked up some lessons learned with this one about screening and not being in a hurry to get people in there to rent.Just wondered if anyone else has experienced a similar situation.
