If you focus on military renters, you'll have 2-3 years before each turnover and may know how to communicate with them better.

I am a semi retired engineer and my wife works full-time as a systems analyst for a large communications company.

I think some clear communication would def help in this situation.

Since I cannot walk yet or drive a vehicle I would just have to use a phone for my communication and try to find out what they are into.If you happen to find one that does his thing please write to me through BP.
