The tenant left multiple spots on the driveway where they spray painted home projects without a drop cloth, some spots are up to 3 feet long and turquoise in color.Also there used to be a drive thru gate to the back yard so you could back a trailer or RV in, they took that gate off and fenced across the opening.

The boyfriend packed up his stuff and moved once he realized that this notice was official and not just made up!

First case I heard of was over 30 years ago when a friend of mine got a new neighbor.  3 months later comes home and they are packing to move. 

For example, we've provided packing boxes and 3 mil garbage bags to tenants whom we have asked to move.

Bring lots of garbage bags (preferably contractor grade) as most loose stuff / junk probably hasn't been packed and can be "gently" placed in garbage bags and hauled outside.

Sadly, the topic that finally motivated me to create an account and jump in is not a happy one:We have an adult, non-family-member guest living in his own RV in our yard (within the Austin city limits).

Many tiny houses are built on trailers with wheel and axles to avoid building codes and be considered a trailer which in many states would have a vehicle license.The gotcha however is that this still may not avoid/evade codes as many codes don't allow RV, trailers or mobile homes.It you go the other way and build a Tiny House without a trailer/wheels/axles, then you still have to comply with building codes which in many areas have minimum square footages.
