Tenant wants boyfriend OUT.... what are the options in utah

I have a month to month lease with awesome tenant and her kids.

She has had a boyfriend living with her for 6 months. She wants him out.

I wrote an addendum giving her permission to have him living there and that he was not added to lease that she was responsible for all rents and that he had to leave at her discretion.

Police will not make him leave.

What are our options? Thanks

Based on how you described the scenario, your tenant may have to give notice and evict the boyfriend.  Here's some more reading on the process: How to Evict A Roommate in California.
