I took the Georgia 75 hour pre-license sales course back in 2000 to get a grasp on the industry, never had the intentions on becoming a Realtor.Now I'm looking to open a Property Management company to manage my own rentals and to provide PM services for other investors.  

I currently have a property preservation company that deals with REO properties, pre-foreclosures and foreclosures.

@Tyson DierschkeIf its from a previous job, you can most likely roll it into a self directed account.

What works with one list; say pre foreclosure, may not work as well with another list like high equity long term ownership. 

I bought it with a mini-construction loan (rolled purchase price and rehab into a short-term loan) from a local bank.
