THe management company said he already secured a new place to rent- he's just hasn't gotten around to moving out.Adam Martin- I didn't know that they used the last month's rent in January- I found out after it happened- from the property management company.Drew Sygit- I can cancel the contract with the PM company without  fees with just giving 30 days notice.Theresa Harris-I spoke to them today and told them I wasn't happy with how things were handled.
