is not based in fact.. low end C class renters are not doctors and nurses by and large are not just happy to have a home.. are not passive and easy to managehis whole pitch is just fantasy land to lull the beginner investors into thinking your doing some great deed.. and making money while you do it .. to find your freedom number.. its all a big bunch of sales BS .. and he is very good at it.. obviously with Hundreds defrauded.

Like @Bruce Runn I also like utilizing LOCs on properties, there is some freedom in having paid off properties.From a purely investment standpoint - most investors can get a better return investing in new property vs saving interest but your retirement goals and how you want to spend your time should be considered.
