No response; previously she has been very responsive via email.Emailed again 2 weeks later, she responded that day, apologized, says she signed up for autopay (I confirmed with the waste company that she did) and she says the $50 is now in the mail to me and to let her know if I didn’t get it.

Now that we are close to the 90 days being up, her lawyer sends a mail saying Bank approval has been obtained, and we are to proceed with obtaining the mortgage etc , but no proof or copy of the approval in the mail.

Account Closed a wholesaler really needs to be able to find properties on their own, usually through some kind of marketing (direct mail, bandit signs, driving for dollars, etc - search all of these topics on BP to find a wealth of information).
