I primarily work in Delaware county but also serve Philadelphia, Montgomery and Chester counties.

I concur with @Ned Carey that wholesaling by an agent, at least using the method of an assignable contract is a de facto net listing. 

Brief history- I started airbnbing rooms about 10 yrs ago in Puerto Rico- moved back to Delaware bought my first home with no money down usda loan.
