I’ve identified a property that would need a CUP to do a STR.

 # Baths for plumbing rough/trim and fixtures, etc.  

Our homes have granite, updated kitchen and baths, updates plumbing & lighting fixtures, vinyl plank flooring, new roofs, etc.

If you want to start an STR ATM Planning are not approving CUPs until Metro Council has voted on the new legislation. 

Updated kitchen on LL with new cabinet fronts and drawer fronts, new hardware in kitchen, new countertops, some new light fixtures & fans, repainted kitchen, repainted all interior walls, refinished original hardwood floors, cleaned up basement and painted/epoxy flooring.

I dont think stocks will fund my retirement and if i struggle young that is fine with me, I can upgrade my Ramen cup with Cheese one day.
