Simply being the person people know, like, and trust in your every day social groups, and any investor meetings you start attending should generate a modest amount of sales per yer that will put some extra cash in your pocket, and take care of those scary fees that Russel is always talking about. 

I would advise you socialize here AND connect with an REI group in your area to get connected into a network of like minded folks who you can engage with face to face and voice to voice.  

In fact some areas of Calgary are deflating right now.I've been telling people, like my mother, to sell their holdings from as far as two years ago.Even with the lower Canadian dollar, I can still make the case that it makes more sense to invest in cash flow rental properties in some markets within the United States then it does in most Canadian markets.These are some of the things I talk about on my blog and 'Passive Real Estate Investing' podcast.Be sure to post your questions in the forums.Continue success!

I have to admit, I'm a bit shy with respect to Social Media and so I've been doing quite a bit of studying/reading/podcast listening over the past couple months and have been hesitant to reach out on BP until now.  

I have a few rentals in trusts that I own free and clear with no LLC simple process, even had to get the trustee to sign something, account opened with my social, but this is now a wall. 

It could be friends, family, or people in your social circles.

Are there any sort of social events going on around Orlando?

Networking social media tumblr Twitter,web design etc you can develop or offer these services to investors wholesalers agents in exchange for skills needed in real estate now This would give you a great start and maybe even develop a business that would allow you funds to invest in a few years time with your newly formed contacts

Lots of American buyers with the weak Canadian dollar now.

But actually being able to connect on a personal level is pretty rare.Anyone got any advice on upgrading my social circle?
