It is nestled in the mountains in a very low population town and has business internet and Dish Satellite.

I got my info re mortgage interest rates and house prices going down in 2021 on a few different websites that I found from doing an internet search on the questions "house prices 2021" and mortgage rates 2021".

There is an unlimited amount of information available on the internet. 

Bigger Pockets has been  a great resource of knowledge so far but the information on the internet is so overwhelmingly broad that I am finding it quite challenging to set up an action plan.One of the places I have looked at is Roofstock to buy out of state properties in the affordable range within 100k. 

And if course I would not entirely jumpShip from one business to another just because the internet says anyone can do it with no money.

Not being familiar with your contracts I can only offer some "Random internet person advice".I like to put a time frame on items.

Investing in the broad market, for the long term, is the way.

The economy might suck for a while, but the Fed and global central banks more broadly have made a major policy shift over the last year, especially since COVID, they are opening the floodgates and intend to let the economy "run hot" above their "target" inflation rate for the forseeable future.
