I would love to stay here with either a lease-to-own-option, or, to get a big cut off of my rent as a property manager for the building, since I am a licensed real estate agent. 

My name is Jonah Rupe, I go to school here in Lubbock at Texas Tech University getting my BBA with a concentration in project management as well as a construction engineering minor.

The registered agent generally is just for notice purposes and the manager and/or member will have powers in the LLC, which are the roles that matter much more so.

First make sure you are licensed and insured to be able to legally manage other people properties.Research what the requirements are for your new location. 

I asked my attorney that, he asked, well how many properties  can you afford to lose when a tree falls on little Johnny and I prove you knew the tree was going to fall?? 

Our unit is booked up with one-day turn arounds for the next few weeks and I am not sure what to do next.

Hi AllI'm on my neighborhood association's problem properties community and we are tracking a large property in Kansas City, owned and managed by an out-of-state investor, who is delinquent on taxes and has multiple housing and health code violations.

No property management needed.

I’m particularly interested in assets where strategic renovations and management improvements can significantly enhance cash flow and overall investment returns.After doing a lot of research I believe deals will be starting to come in towards end of year and early next year.
