CARS do NOT break down.. unless your driving a SPAM can junker.. count your blessings and move on to a real lender if you actually need one at this point Pay nothing up front other than appraisal to a company whose cars work.

I could be wrong but the way they sold it was just all the same companies I was going to use to advertise biggest difference was they were already superhosts and maybe have more leads I don't know.

I know that where I do business (mostly Arizona) we add additional clauses to our agreement for sale to help mitigate the seller being nefarious and providing enough public record to keep things on the up and up with title companies.
